aT/DURING YOUR APPOINTMENT

If you attend a lash appointment with dirty lashes that require a 'lash bath' you will be notified of this and notified of the extra charge this carries. Dirty lashes mean I will be unable to do your set.

If you are asked to attend your appointment without any makeup, please be sure to do so. Removal of makeup runs into your treatment time and can push us back too much for the rest of the day.

If you are late to your appointment, a £5 late fee will be charged. If you are more than 15 mins late, you will be messaged to cancel your appointment.

Please remember I work from my home, treat it with respect as l would yours.

Please remember there is no access to my toilet. We ask you use the toilet before you come.
